To report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM card during regular banking hours, please contact Customer Service immediately at (402) 333-9100 or 1-877-YOUR-OSB (1-877-968-7672).
After regular banking hours please have your card number available, if possible, and call 1-800-236-2442. The after hours reporting center can search for the card by the checking account number attached to the card or the name on the card.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into the recently updated Online Banking system, clearing your web browser's cache should solve the problem.
Cache is a collection of web page copies stored on your computer's hard disk or in its random-access memory (RAM). The browser accumulates these copies as you browse the Web. When you click a link or type a URL to fetch a particular web page for which the cache already contains a copy, the browser compares the cached copy to the original. If there have been no changes, the browser uses the cached copy rather than refreshing the original, saving processing and download time.
How to Clear Your Cache
Internet Explorer
Under the Tools menu, choose Internet Options. Select Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section
Netscape Navigator
Under the Edit menu, choose Preferences. Under Advanced, select Cache. Finally, choose Clear Cache at the top of the screen.
Firefox
Under the Tools menu, choose Options. Select Clear Cache.
Safari (Apple or Macintosh)
Under the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
After your cache has been cleared, exit out of your browser, re-enter and try Online Banking again.
